COMFORT
The cabin was clean and tidy. Although the overhead lockers are small, my full-size bag fits easily. Most passengers are lightweight, and the flight is barely half-full. The cabin noise in the Bombardier Q400 turboprop-powered airliner is much higher than that of a jet. You have many options to make your flight more comfortable, including seat selection, priority boarding, and exit row seating.

Check-In Baggage Allowance – Domestic
Check-in baggage is free up to a maximum weight limit15 of kgs in the economy class and 30 kg for business class. The maximum weight of the checked-in luggage that can be transported is 22 kg to compensate for the no cabin baggage policy on flights departing from Srinagar or Jammu airports. Check-in baggage can be combined, but not more than 30kg. Passengers who have purchased a ticket for ‘Only hand baggage flights they have to check-in luggage will need to pay Rs 400 to change the fare type. After that, they will be permitted to carry up to 15kg of check-in baggage.
Extra baggage check-in baggage will include oversized items such as sports equipment, ski equipment, musical instruments, LED and LCD TVs more significant than 39 inches in size, and other large items. There will be a handling fee. Domestic flights will be charged Rs 1000 per item. If the LCD/LED TV size is less than 55 inches, it can be accepted as checked baggage. An LCD/LED TV no larger than 55 inches is allowed.

Hand luggage must be limited in size, weight, and dimensions. One passenger may only carry hand baggage. It must not exceed 7kgs in weight and have a dimension of 115 cm for Boeing and 108 cm for Bombardiers. You can also take a standard-sized laptop bag or a lady’s handbag within the economy allowance. You can also carry an Overcoat wrap and blanket, a walking stick, infant food, camera, binoculars, and a blanket.
